Part 2 of Travels Commence!

We made it home from our 2-month adventure and had so much fun in the couple of weeks we were back. We got to see friends and family, go to the lake, watch the Jackets play (sadly not well), watch the Braves play (and win!), started planning our wedding, and got to attend two weddings!

Still feels unreal that we get to round out our "sabbatical" with a trip to Japan with 3 of our best pals! I hope to keep this blog updated throughout the trip, but traveling with 4 guys might mean no stopping.

We added a mini trip on the front end of our journey to explore LA for a day and a half. Met our friend Tyler in the airport, picked up a rental car, and drove up to Malibu. Explored Pepperdine, or PCA if you're a Zoey 101 fan, grabbed dinner, went down to the Santa Monica Pier, and then slept in a Yurt. The next day we drove all around LA to do all the iconic touristy things- Beverly Hills, Hollywood Sign, Hollywood Walk of Fame, and Sunset Boulevard. Safe to say we were all pretty shocked by the never ending luxurious vehicles and homes. Rounded out our day at the Laugh Factory for an absolutely hilarious comedy show.

Saw a lot in a short period of time, now on to Tokyo!!!
